Lisa changed it to 110+ so he's fine but try to get 99 ranged joshy and 99 prayer helps cuz its a few more pray points but not mandatory but you have my yes good luck.

Atleast get 99 range if you can, 95 prayer is good beacuse you can atleast use turmoil and prot prayers
