Ok this is just a general list of commands ranging from normal player to admin commands that i remember or know of,
Normal commands:
::newhits - multiplies yours and others hits 10x so it is like current runescape's hit.
::train - takes you to the rock crabs in relleka.
::pure - sets attack, strength, defence, hitpoints, magic, and ranged levels to 99
::rules - gives you a list of all the rules
::commands - gives you a list of all the other normal player commands
Moderator commands:
(Has all the normal player commands plus these)
::mute (name) - mutes the selected person
::ipmute (name) - ipmutes the selected person
::unmute (name) - unmutes the selected person
::unipmute (name) - unipmutes the selected person
Administrator commands:
(Has all the normal player and moderator commands plus these)
::banuser (name) - bans the selected person
::ipban (name) - ipbans the selected person
::xteleto (name) - teleports you to the selected person
::teletome (name) - teleports to you the selected person Admins can no longer use this command, i will leave it here because admins should have the ability to use this command -.-
::item (code) (# of item) - spawns the selected item the selected number of times
::setlevel (code) (level) - sets a skill to the selected level
Owner commands:
(Have all the previous commands plus these and maby some I don't know)
::npc (code) (person its spawned for) - spawns a npc for the specified person
::unban (name) - unbans the specified person
::unipban (name) - unipbans the specified person
::jail (name) - jails the specified person
::teleto ####,#### - teleports the owner to those coordinates
