I haven't really thought of a way of how people might get promoted that's up to the leaders/co-leaders but I feel it should be on activity, showing up to wars/events/, being active on the forums and showing leadership.But this is all up to the leaders/co-leaders lol.

There I took one rank out I mean i feel most of them are in a way necessary since i'm a military person it just would feel wrong to remove the rest lol.
