Uhm if your still asking, the best range gear would probably be with:

Range/tank

Karils helm, body, and legs. D boots, Any gloves. Archer ring, fury ammy. Rune c bow and d bolts (e). And as for cape you can use avas to get your bolts or use fire cape to get a nice bonus. Best of luck.
